Hey everyone,
I spent some time clicking through that link. It redirects to the main Microsoft Learn homepage.
It is basically Microsoft's massive, free library for learning how to use all their tech. But looking at a giant list of courses can be overwhelming.
I reviewed it to find the courses worth your time. Here are the specific ones you should check out.
If you want to learn AI
This is where Microsoft is putting the most energy right now.
Introduction to AI: If you are totally new, start here. It explains the basics without getting too technical.
Develop AI apps with Azure OpenAI Service: This one is for builders. It teaches you how to use the same tech behind ChatGPT inside your own apps.
Get started with Copilot for Microsoft 365: This is practical. It shows you how to use AI inside Word, Excel, and Teams to get work done faster.
If you want to get into Cloud
Cloud skills are in high demand, and Microsoft Azure is a massive player.
Azure Fundamentals: This is the starting line. It describes what the cloud is and how it works. It is perfect if you are thinking about a career switch.
Secure your cloud data: Security is huge right now. This path teaches you how to keep data safe, which is a skill every company needs.
If you want to code
You don't need a computer science degree to start. They have paths that hold your hand through it.
Introduction to Python: Python is the language of data and AI. This beginner path teaches you the syntax and logic step-by-step.
Build web apps with .NET: If you want to build websites, this is Microsoft's framework. It’s solid and widely used in the corporate world.
If you are a Data Analyst
Power BI for Beginners: Power BI is a tool for turning boring spreadsheets into pretty charts and dashboards. This course walks you through your first dashboard.
Why I like this platform
The best part is that you don't just watch videos. It’s interactive. You read a little bit, and then you actually do the task in a sandbox environment. It feels like you are working, not just studying.
You can check out the full library here: Microsoft Learn Training
Pick one path and just give it 30 minutes. You might be surprised how much you learn.
Catch you next time,
