Hey everyone,
You are on the train. A Slack notification pops up. Your client needs the presentation updated before the 2pm meeting. Your laptop is at home.
That used to mean panic.
On March 25, 2026 that changed completely.
Claude on mobile can now open your Figma files, build Canva presentations, pull Amplitude analytics, update Asana tasks, and draft Slack messages. All without leaving the app. All from your phone.
The problem this actually solves
Think about your current mobile workflow.
Open Slack to check the message. Switch to Figma to review the design. Jump to Amplitude for the data. Tab back to notes to write a summary. Copy it into an email. Send.
Five apps. Five context switches. Five moments where your train of thought gets lost.
This update collapses all of that into one conversation.
What you can do right now
Here is what is live inside Claude mobile today.
Amplitude — Ask for an analytics chart in plain English and get a live interactive one back. No dashboards. No filtering menus.
Figma — Turn text into flowcharts and diagrams directly in FigJam. Review and share design files from your commute.
Canva — Describe the presentation you need and get a client-ready deck built in real time through conversation.
Asana — Turn a chat into a full project with tasks, assignees, and timelines synced directly to your workspace.
Slack — Draft messages, preview formatting, and review before posting. No rushed half-finished messages.
Box, Hex, Monday.com — Search files, query your data in plain English, and manage workflows on the go.

Find out why 200K+ engineers read The Code twice a week
Staying behind on tech trends can be a career killer.
But let’s face it, no one has hours to spare every week trying to stay updated.
That’s why over 200,000 engineers at companies like Google, Meta, and Apple read The Code twice a week.
Here’s why it works:
No fluff, just signal – Learn the most important tech news delivered in just two short emails.
Supercharge your skills – Get access to top research papers and resources that give you an edge in the industry.
See the future first – Discover what’s next before it hits the mainstream, so you can lead, not follow.

How it works without any extra setup
The technology behind this is MCP, Model Context Protocol, Anthropic's open standard for connecting external tools to AI. Any MCP connection you already set up on the desktop carries over to mobile automatically. No new permissions. No new configuration. Everything you connected on your laptop is already waiting on your phone.
And before Claude takes any real action like sending a message or updating a task, it shows you a preview first. You approve. Then it executes. You stay in control throughout.
What is coming next
Anthropic teased something called Orbit. If it ships as rumoured, it would give Claude deeper access to your entire phone. Calls, calendars, browsers, files. Claude stops being an app you open and becomes a layer running beneath everything you do.
The product manager who shipped this update said more improvements are coming in the next few weeks. March 25 is a beginning, not a destination.
Your phone was always the most powerful device you owned. It just finally has the software to match.
Catch you next time,
— RAJA TAHOOR AHMAD
